What can I expect at an appointment?

At your initial consultation, I’ll take time to understand your health history, current concerns, and personal goals. This is a collaborative space where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and discuss what's been challenging for you. Together, we'll develop a personalized nutrition plan that feels realistic and sustainable.

Follow-up appointments allow us to review your progress, troubleshoot any difficulties, and adjust your plan as needed. My role is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance while empowering you to make informed decisions about your health.

Your personal details and health information entered for appointments are collected to provide dietetic care and manage your bookings. This information is stored securely in our clinical software and only shared when necessary for your care. For more details, see our full Privacy Policy.

To make the most of your first consultation, it's helpful to bring any recent blood test results, a list of current medications and supplements, and any relevant medical reports or referrals from your GP or specialist. If you've been keeping a food diary or have specific questions or concerns written down, feel free to bring those along too.
