My Philosophy
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition advice. My approach is straightforward: use the evidence, understand your individual circumstances, and find solutions that are realistic and sustainable.
Whether you're managing a GI condition or working through eating disorder recovery, I provide clear guidance without judgment —helping you figure out what works so you can feel better and get on with things.
A little more about me..
I currently work as a Senior Dietitian in critical care, gastroenterology and surgery, and as a Clinical Educator supporting dietitians working in mental health. Working in these areas has shown me how confusing and overwhelming health information can be — especially when you are managing digestive issues or living with an eating disorder.
I founded Sky Nutrition to offer a space where you can receive personalised, compassionate nutrition support tailored to your needs.
When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring new places — I love to travel and discover different cultures and cuisines. I'm happiest spending time with my family at the beach and eating some delicious food. And if there's an iced almond latte nearby? Even better. These moments remind me what health is really about: having the energy and freedom to enjoy life fully.
